The designated 50/50 Raffle ticket is the only valid receipt for claiming a prize and must be redeemed either in person or via mail. The Tampa Bay Championship, Copperheads Charities, The Chi Chi Academy, and First Tee Clearwater and its volunteers are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen 50/50 Raffle tickets. Upon completion of the corresponding paperwork, a check will be mailed to the winner within thirty (30) days.
